Facts about left handed people

As you probably already know I'm left handed. Some people may think left handed people are weird but not really we are just like everyone else, except we use a different hand. So here are some interesting facts about left handed people AKA- lefties....

• President Obama is left handed
• 5-15% of the population is left handed
• Left-handers adjust more readily to seeing underwater
• Left-handers excel particularly in tennis, baseball, swimming and fencing                                              ( then why am i playing soccer)
• Left-handed people have an excellent ability to multi-task
• In the Middle Ages, writing with your left hand was punishable by death
• Half of left handed people use a computer mouse with their right hand
• There are twice as many left handed boys than girls

• A study found that left-handed men are 15% richer than right-handed men for those who attended college, and 26% richer if they graduated.

As you see there are many advantages of being a lefty, and i proud of being one!
